Amazing
Have you heard Susan Boyle's voice, it's amazing, and I never heard before.
I download video and listen again, it's incredible. She just is a countryside old women and she lived alone, she said that she just want to find a boyfriend on the show. I started pay attention to her after I watched this show. I still remember that there is another people called Paul Potts, he won " Britiain's got talent 2007", he also is stunning person.

Project
We had a idea that we want to build mashup based on Blog and Amazon.
When users don't know how to do something, they would like to search on the internet or go to library to read books. This idea will make users feel easier that it will help them find the result they want quickly on Blog and give them more detail information sucha as location when they need buy books.
I and Sarach will design and make the interface of website. And Arron and Zahra will do programming. We try to make users feel easy to use and useful.

What is Groupware?
Groupware is technology designed to facilitate the work of groups. This technology may be used to communicate, cooperate, coordinate, solve problems, compete, or negotiate. While traditional technologies like the telephone qualify as groupware, the term is ordinarily used to refer to a specific class of technologies relying on modern computer networks, such as email, newsgroups, videophones, or chat.
Groupware technologies are typically categorized along two primary dimensions:
whether users of the groupware are working together at the same time ("realtime" or "synchronous" groupware) or different times ("asynchronous" groupware), and
whether users are working together in the same place ("colocated" or "face-to-face") or in different places ("non-colocated" or "distance").

Despite the name, this field of study is not restricted to issues of "cooperation" or "work" but also examines competition, socialization, and play. The field typically attracts those interested in software design and social and organizational behavior, including business people, computer scientists, organizational psychologists, communications researchers, and anthropologists, among other specialties.
How is Groupware Design Different from Traditional User Interface Design?
Groupware design involves understanding groups and how people behave in groups. It also involves having a good understanding of networking technology and how aspects of that technology (for instance, delays in synchronizing views) affect a user's experience. All the issues related to traditional user interface design remain relevant, since the technology still involves people.
However, many aspects of groups require special consideration. For instance, not only do million-person groups behave differently from 5-person groups, but the performance parameters of the technologies to support different groups vary. Ease-of-use must be better for groupware than for single-user systems because the pace of use of an application is often driven by the pace of a conversation. System responsiveness and reliability become more significant issues. Designers must have an understanding of the degree of homogeneity of users, of the possible roles people play in cooperative work and of who key decision-makers are and what influences them.

Why Bother?
Why is groupware design worth paying attention to in the first place?
Groupware offers significant advantages over single-user systems. These are some of the most common reasons people want to use groupware:
to facilitate communication: make it faster, clearer, more persuasive
to enable communication where it wouldn't otherwise be possible
to enable telecommuting
to cut down on travel costs
to bring together multiple perspectives and expertise
to form groups with common interests where it wouldn't be possible to gather a sufficient number of people face-to-face
to save time and cost in coordinating group work
to facilitate group problem-solving
to enable new modes of communication, such as anonymous interchanges or structured interactions
In addition to the benefits of groupware, another good reason to study usability and design issues in groupware is to avoid a failed design. Groupware is significantly more difficult to get right than traditional software. Typically, a groupware system can't succeed unless most or all of the target group is willing to adopt the system. In contrast, a single-user system can be successful even if only a fraction of the target market adopts it.

Story
Once upon a time the fox was talking to the wolf about the strength of man, how no animal could withstand him, and how all were obliged to employ cunning in order to protect themselves from him.
The wolf answered, "If I could see a man just once, I would attack him nonetheless."
"I can help you to do that," said the fox. "Come to me early tomorrow morning, and I will show you one."
The wolf arrived on time, and the fox took him out to the path which the huntsman used every day. First an old discharged soldier came by.
"Is that a man?" asked the wolf.
"No," answered the fox. "He has been one."
Afterwards came a little boy on his way to school.
"Is that a man?"
"No, he will yet become one."
Finally a huntsman came by with his double-barreled gun on his back, and a sword at his side.
The fox said to the wolf, "Look, there comes a man. He is the one you must attack, but I am going back to my den."
The wolf then charged at the man.
When the huntsman saw him he said, "Too bad that I have not loaded with a bullet." Then he aimed and fired a load of shot into his face.
The wolf pulled an awful face, but did not let himself be frightened, and attacked him again, on which the huntsman gave him the second barrel. The wolf swallowed his pain and charged at the huntsman again, who in turn drew out his naked sword, and gave him a few blows with it left and right, so that, bleeding all over, he ran howling back to the fox.
"Well," Brother Wolf, said the fox, "how did you get along with man?"
"Oh," replied the wolf, "I never imagined the strength of man to be what it is. First, he took a stick from his shoulder, and blew into it, and then something flew into my face which tickled me terribly. Then he breathed once more into the stick, and it flew up my nose like lightning and hail. Then when I got next to him, he drew a naked rib out of his body, and he beat me so with it that he almost killed me."
"See what a braggart you are," said the fox. "You throw your hatchet so far that you cannot get it back again."
